Annual ‘Stuff the Bus’ School Supply Drive Runs From Now Until Aug. 22nd
Seems like we just celebrated the first day of summer, but it's already time to start thinking about the first day back to school and this year will be a full year in class. For some kids (and their parents), though, that isn't all that happy a thought. Not just because it means summer is winding down, but because they're not sure how they're going to get enough supplies together to be ready for classes.
Good news, though: The bus is on its way! Yup, for the next three weeks, Townsquare Media and some of our favorite local partners are again collecting school supplies and other donations for area students in need. It's our annual Stuff the Bus drive, brought to you by Hanford Mission Integration Solutions. Hanford Mission Integration Solutions is responsible for providing Hanford Site Services, including adequate and reliable water, power, road maintenance, information technology, safeguards and security, sitewide safety standards, training, and countless more integrated services and deliverables across the Hanford Site.
Helping out couldn't be easier: Starting Monday, August 2nd bring your donations to any of the drop-off locations listed below by Aug. 22nd, and we'll take it from there. That's it! (Don't you wish algebra would've been that simple when you were in school?)
We've set up donation sites where you can drop off your donated backpacks and other needed school supplies.
