2nd Annual Wing Wars Is Back This Saturday With Food, Fun, & Cars!

We got a call last year from City Church in Kennewick. They asked if we could help them with a fundraiser to benefit Kadlec's Pediatric Oncology Program. To help pay for uncompensated expenses when children are being treated. We said YOU BET! Wing Wars and the Cruisers to Cure Kids Cancer Car Show were created...and now THEY'RE BACK!

So this Saturday you can cruise over to City Church in Kennewick at 4624 West 10th Ave. Just west of Union Street.

The Cruisers To Cure Kids Cancer Car Show is going to be held on the grass from 10am-4pm. If you have a car you can register online here or just show up and pay a registration fee of $15. Oh yeah you can bring a truck or motorcycle too!

If the weather is good the Shelby Super Car will be there! Made in West Richland, this is one of the world's fastest production cars! You could even win a ride in one by entering a raffle during the car show!

From 12pm-2pm...dig in! Grub down on some of the best wings from all over the Tri-Cities! $5 will get you 10 wings (and yes you can buy more!) Wings from Famous Dave's BBQ, Applebee's, Ice Harbor Brewing, Kimo's, Emerald of Siam, Richland Jackson's, Espo's, Wing Stop, and last year's Champion in three divisions - Hot Wingz!

3pm - It's Wing Wars with a timed chicken wing eating contest. You could be named Champion Wing Man for 2011!
