Young, Local Mother of Four Tragically Passes Away and Our Help is Needed!

Sunday, August 26th started out as a regular day for Matt Horstman and his wife Caroline as they did their grocery shopping. Suddenly and unexpectedly while putting those groceries away Caroline collapsed. 911 was called and despite quick response and CPR Caroline passed with her husband and children present. The cause of death is still unknown at this time.

Matt is left behind to raise his four small children alone and try to pick up the pieces of losing his beloved wife. Caroline was a school nurse, and dedicated to helping others. Her friends and family have been left stunned and heart broken. A gofundme account has been set up to try to relieve some of the financial burden Matt is facing.

We live in a wonderful, caring community and I know that Matt and his children will be embraced by loving, giving people! Thanks Tri-Cities!
