You’ll Flip Over This Kennewick Parking Lot Speeder

Here's the scene today at the Target and Red Lobster parking lot in Kennewick.

This Honda was driven into a parked car, then it took off at a higher rate of speed and struck a tree in the same parking lot before flipping over. The driver was taken for treatment to Trios. There has been some word on social media the driver was an older man who may have been having a medical emergency. Kennewick police are still investigating. 17-16813
