The venerable Willie Nelson is coming to The Puyallup Fair September 7th! And KORD has a special ticket pre-sale event so you can buy tickets before anybody else. Make sure you are a KORD VIP and watch your email for an e-card for a special invitation to purchase your tickets to see Willie Nelson before they go on sale to the general public.

The ticket pre-sales event starts on Monday 4/16 and runs thru wednesday 4/18. General ticket sales will start on Thursday 4/19.

Willie Nelson is a living legend that has firmly established himself as an American icon. He’s a country singer who has written over 2,500 songs, released 60 studio albums while transcending a range of musical genres, and put a face on social causes like Farm Aid. The bandana-clad artist has a career spanning six decades, with 14 Billboard #1 hit songs, including “On the Road Again,” “Good Hearted Woman,” “To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before,” and “Pancho and Lefty.”

  The Willie Nelson concert will be held on opening night of the Puyallup Fair following the 6:00 p.m. rodeo, Friday, Sept. 7 at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center. This concert, part of Columbia Bank’s Puyallup Fair Concert Series, as well as the PRCA (prorodeo.com) Puyallup Pro Rodeo tickets, will go on sale Thursday, April 19 at 10 a.m. on the Fair website, CLICK HERE or by phone (888) 559-FAIR (3247), daily, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. PST. To save the convenience charges, purchase tickets in person at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center box office at 9th Avenue SW and Meridian Street on Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 Two types of tickets will be sold for the concert, either bundling the rodeo and concert together, or standing in the dirt in front of the stage following the rodeo.

  • Tickets for the rodeo and concert are $60 golden saddle; grandstand seating at $40 and $35. Seats are reserved and include Fair gate admission. These ticketholders must remain at their reserved seat for the concert.
  • Tickets to stand in the dirt following the rodeo are $40 for general admission - first come first stand basis - and include Fair gate admission.
