Groundhog Day hits February 2nd.  Puxatawney Phil will pop out of his hole in the ground...will his predictions be correct?

While Groundhog Day is a fun part of American Folklore, the actual facts are a little different.  Gobblers Knob PA is the home of the most widely recognized groundhog, whom legend claims is able, of course, to predict more winter, early spring etc etc.  According to the Government weather folks (NOAA) and others, he is accurate only about 39% of the time.  What do YOU think?  Leave us a comment as to the accuracy of Puxatawney Phil, or in the case of the Mid Columbia, Hanford Hank.
