Pasco's city council is debating whether to place the same restrictions on e-cigarettes as normal cigarettes -- namely no usage inside or near schools and playgrounds. Is that fair?

On the one hand, a drug is still being released into the air.

On the other hand, it's vapor and not smoke.

On the other hand, it's still a bad habit to pick up.

On the other hand, it's a favorable alternative to smokers trying to give their lungs a break.

On the other hand, e-cig manufacturers have been busted marketing to kids.

On the other hand, shouldn't restrictions be limited to who can buy them?
