Who’s That Lurking in Backround of Suspect Surveillance Pic?
At first glance, what captured our attention in these surveillance images was the curly redheaded woman in the backround!
She appeared to be sitting on the floor, how unusual. We then realized it was the angle of the image, she's actually just a display poster on the end rack.
Anyway, Kennewick police are seeking this woman in connection with an alleged shoplifting-theft from a Kennewick business, appears to be a shoe store.
