Who Has the Best Fish & Chips in Tri-Cities?
Just the other day my wife said that she was in the mood for fish and chips. I always jump on opportunities like that because she's not really a big seafood lover. We talked about where to get some good fish and chips and I ended up going to Skippers in Kennewick. They're okay, the filets are decent, but it is still fast food.
Coincidentally, someone on the Facebook group All About Tri-Cities Washington asked where the best fish and chips were. I was very interested to read all the comments since I think we're going to have that meal again soon.
Captain's Cod Company got several thumbs up from commenters. They are a food truck that only visits the Tri-Cities periodically. I saw them once but wasn't hungry at the time. It turns out you can follow them on Facebook and find their schedule. They are in Cle Elum today! But they swing through the Tri-Cities every couple of weeks.
We have had the fish and chips at Hops n' Drops in Richland and they were very good. Applebee's got a few thumbs up for fish and chips, but if I go to Applebee's I absolutely have to have that Chicken Fajita Roll-Up!
Foodies has fish and chips occasionally when it's in stock and they received good comments. Lulu's got some mentions and so did Zips. Ice Harbor got some recommendations, and someone was asking if anyone has tried Hooked yet. With a name like that, it's got to be good, right?
Bob's Burgers got a few thumbs up for best fish and chips, as did Red Robin. Anthony's Seafood Restaurant pretty much has to be a 'duh' because isn't everything there super fresh and really good? I'd say yes!
As I'm scrolling through the comments on All About Tri-Cities Washington, finally somebody mentions Red Lobster! I really do love that place. It turns out there are a lot of decent places to get fish and chips in our area. I guess I'll just have to make it a point to branch out and try more of them to find an absolute favorite.
