Following Benton and Franklin counties, now Grant county has mosquitoes that have tested positive for West Nile Virus. Officials took a sample from a trap located west of Moses Lake and those mosquitoes test positive for the virus according to news reports. This is the 11th positive test in Washington State this year alone.

The State Officials warn for people to learn to protect themselves from mosquitoes and to avoid areas where they are thick.
