Washington & Oregon Phones Down for Some Customers See Interactive Map

Phones not working?  Charter has confirmed phone service outages in Washington and Oregon.  Service will be spotty until the issue is resolved.  Cell to cell service is not affected.  See the interactive "downdetecor map HERE.
