It's not as bad as it looks...kale, parsley, carrot, beet, apple, celery, apple and banana.  Kale and parsley have so many green nutrients and anti-oxidants. Especially uncooked! Apple and banana add vitamins, potassium and most importantly, SWEETNESS!

A glass of this makes you full....and feel good!  Love my VitaMix....crazy to spend $400 on a "blender." But it's got more horse power than your weed eater and should last a lifetime!
