Unlimited Hydro’s On The River This Weekend For Spring Testing
4 Boats and 5 drivers will be making rooster tails this weekend on the Columbia River near the blue bridge on Friday, May 29th. The testing will happen from 9:00 am to 5 pm.

Call it spring training, pre-season practice or a mini-camp, but whatever you call it, on Friday, May 29th, the Tri-City Water Follies will host more unlimited hydroplane teams than ever before will be assembled for pre-season test sessions on the Columbia River.
Four teams and five drivers have committed to the testing session. The U- 9 Jones Racing with Scott Liddycoat, the U-96 Ellstrom Racing with Jean Theoret, the U-12 Centurion Racing team with rookie driver Patrick Sankuer and U-7 Team Porter Racing II with drivers Jesse Robertson and J. Michael Kelly both piloting the U-7.
Also the public will have a chance to see the boats up close and personal as two of the four boats will also be getting a jump on the publicity wagon.
Here's the schedule:
The U-9 Les Schwab /Red Dot team along with driver Scott Liddycoat will be at the Les Schwab Tire Center in Pasco on Court Street Thursday (May 28) at approximately noon until 4 p.m.
On Saturday (May 30) from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., the U-7 Graham Trucking team along with its new driver Jesse Robertson will be at the Meyers Auto Tech at 1120 N Grant Pl. in Kennewick
Drivers will also be signing autographs.
