Yay for asparagus season in the Mid-Columbia! Who doesn't love grilled asparagus on tin foil with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic salt? Last year my wife made Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast but we substituted pepper jack cheese for the mozzarella. My wife likes the skinniest asparagus she can find. I kinda like the beefier stalks but sometimes they're too 'woody' at the bottom. I use a potato peeler to shear some of that off. How about asparagus and Hollandaise sauce? Super yum!
