Consumer Reports surveyed 20,000 of their subscribers to evaluate different airline companies.
The good: JetBlue comes out on top along with Southwest and Virgin America. Customers enjoy more leg room, greater seat width, and no hidden fees.
The Bad: Spirit Airlines came in last, by a significant amount, for overall customer satisfaction.
A hassle free check in seems to be the biggest factor when considering which airline to fly with.
