Two Teens Shot in Yakima-Both Incidents Appear to be Gang-Related

The Yakima Police Department was called out to two possible gang-related shootings on Wednesday. In the first incident, a 16-year old male was injured.

Yakima Police are continuing their investigation into the shooting which occurred at Garfield Elementary School Wednesday afternoon.

Another shooting was reported hours later. Just after 4:30 pm, Police answered a call of shots fired at Kiwanis Park. This shooting is also believed to be gang-related.
