Teen in Stolen Car Flips Everyone Off While Cops Pursue

Maybe this kid is just a bad seed, maybe he's got drug problems, maybe the problem is his parents, I don't know. But there's a major problem here. It's bad enough that he steals a car and won't pull over for the cops, but what exactly is the purpose of flipping everyone off while you do it?  On top of that, his brother is always in trouble with the law as well. I'm no child psychologist, but I think a good ass whoopin' might be necessary here.
