This guy looks like someone right out of a horror movie. After a week of examining surveillance footage, now they're turning to public for help.

The Kennewick Police Department and Tri-City Regional SWAT Team apprehended a robbery suspect Friday morning, after learning he was in a home on 5th Ave.
