Project Goodwill, inspired by the hit-TV show "Project Runway," is a Tri-Cities event to help teenagers learn fashion design and educate the public about the clothing services available at Goodwill stores. The fifth annual event is at the Pasco Red Lion April 18 at 6 p.m.
