The anticipation is building as Kennewick’s dog park faces a few bumps on the road to opening

On June 28, tails will be wagging as Kennewick unveils a long-awaited dog park.

22-year-old Daniel Ortega was killed at the park after police say he was "acting erratically and harassing a 28-year-old man and his son.

Police the investigation continues. No other injuries were reported. Nearby Randall Park remained open during the investigation.
