It's a season of crankiness, and Washington shoppers are some of the most impatient shoppers in the nation according to a study.

How about the lady who got amped 'down' on painkillers, then went Black Friday shopping? She'd had her wisdom teeth pulled just prior, then went out. She ended up with clothes that didn't fit. Or the shopper who was so frustrated and angry arguing over who got the last of a deeply discounted children's bike they grabbed it, jumped on, and rode OUT OF the store without paying...

It still remains one of the biggest shopping days of the year, and a boost for retailers. But compared to 10, even five years ago, Black Friday is losing steam steadily.

It's Black Friday, and you know what that means -- hiding in your home away from the world while people desperately claw at each other's faces to buy a Wii U for their kid. The madness is not for everybody. Some of us like to eat cold turkey all day and wonder how a person could be so hungover. It's not just the big-box stores like Walmart and Target who get mobbed by 'Black Friday' shoppers. Here you can watch as hundreds of women prepare to trample each other for fancy underwear at their local Victoria's Secret.

We kind of saw it creeping up on us last year, but this year it's in full force.
