Kennewick Police in their report gave details about the chase:

Daniel had a Felony Warrant for Possession with intent to Dispense or Distribute Fentanyl; four Misdemeanor Warrants for Failure to Appear Driving with a Suspended License 3rd; and active Probable Cause to arrest on charges of Eluding.

Because Daniel was known to elude, Officers prepared spike strips in the area of W 27th Ave and S Olympia Street prior to initiating the traffic stop. When officers activated their emergency equipment, Daniel fled at a high rate of speed striking the spike strips which initially appeared to have been ineffective.

Believing that the vehicle may be equipped with run-flat tires the pursuit was terminated. A very short time later, the vehicle was observed damaged and traveling at a slow speed. Because of this new information,

Officers were authorized to re-initiate a pursuit.

For the next hour, Officers pursued Daniel at a slow rate of speed. Multiple attempts to deploy additional spike strips were successful, but Daniel refused to stop despite having four flat tires and spike strips lodged in the undercarriage.

With no signs of stopping, just after midnight, the decision was made to terminate the pursuit a second time. Less than 400 meters from where Officers deactivated their emergency equipment, Daniel brought the vehicle to a stop and fled on foot into the Monopoly Park area.

A K9 track was initiated but was unsuccessful in locating Daniel. Daniel is currently outstanding and now wanted on another charge of Eluding.

Anybody with information on the whereabouts of Daniel is encouraged to contact Dispatch Non-Emergency at 509-628-0333 or provide an anonymous tip at KPDTips.com.

Doyle is still on the loose. If you know his whereabouts, contact the Kennewick Police Department.
