Around 6:45pm Sunday evening, Deputies reported to an area at 32293 Progress Road Hermiston, on a report of a man shooting off what appeared to be an AR-15 rifle. The area is largely rural where he was spotted.

He was said to be suicidal. The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Dylan Jonathan Christensen, allegedly pointed the rifle at one person, and then fired it into the ground.
