Stolen Debit Card Suspect Runs of Charges at Multiple Stores

Richland Police are seeking tips from the public to help ID this suspect.

July 24, he allegedly used a stolen debit card at two different retail stores, but police did not specify which ones. There could possibly be other charges on the card as well.
