If you've been coughing, weezing, or otherwise having a hard time breathing these past few days it's because that lovely stagnant air is back! Usually more of a problem in the summer time, we get it in the winter too especially with sudden air temperature changes. When cold air gets trapped beneath warm air particles can get suck and not blown out, causing problems in those with respiratory problems.

The young, old, and those with asthma or other lung/breathing issues are urged to say indorrs as much as possible where air is filtered. Use inhalers and other breathing aides as necessary. In the next few days the air should be getting gradually better.
