Someone Sprayed Bear Mace at Seattle Homeless Shelter

It looks like somebody set off some bear mace in the basement of a homeless shelter off of Washington Street in Seattle on Friday. The road got shut down from both directions, and a hazmat team was called. The building was evacuated, and three people were treated for irritation of the eyes and nausea.
