As I settle into my new shift in the afternoon, early evening, I find that I am less stressed and really happy to be here.

A big change in my life recently was my shift change at work. After doing a morning show for 13 years I took up an offer to move to afternoons, and I must say, I'm diggin' it. I have found that there is a difference in waking up and being woke up. I have found that coffee at noon is O.K., and watching the late news is not as bad as I thought. I look forward to my wife telling me she loves me, as she's headed out the door to work, and I get to roll over and go back tosleep. I want to thank my listeners for all of your support during this move, and following me around like a loyal dog, and I mean that in a good way. I suggest when you feel overloaded, stressed, and seem to be at the end of the rope, first and foremost take some time off. One day or a week of doing nothing is the bomb. Also, distance yourself from those who make your life a living hell. Most importantly, look around, you may think you have it bad, but i guarantee you there is someone who has it allot worse. Volunteer to help out some where, or give a few hours at a local fund raiser, it really makes you feel good. Have a great week end, Chuck.....over shshshshshshshshshs
