Everyone's Country crush Shania Twain made a big announcement Wednesday. She's following the lead of George Strait and doing a farewell tour (her previous tour was 11 years ago).
The "Rock This Country Tour" starts in Seattle June 5 in the KeyArena.

The 49-year-old star is working on a new album now, but said it won't be done by June. She'll take a break from recording and finish the album after the tour. Her goal is to release it during her 50th year.

Twain says the concert will be similar to her Las Vegas residency, but will feature all-new performances designed for touring. She's said repeatedly she wants the whole experience to be one big celebration wrapping up in August before her 50th birthday.
