After serving nearly two years in prison, Jesus Rodriguez is headed back to jail.

WA Dept. of Corrections

The 27 year-old was in prison for a year and nine months after being convicted for trying to have sex with a teen girl in exchange for money and drugs.

This crime, however, allegedly happened around the same time the previous one did.

He contacted various underage girls on Facebook throughout Moses Lake and Tri-Cities randomly. He would offer them THC extract. One time, he paid a girl $120 to have sex with him.

The new charges allege that Rodriguez trafficked an underage girl and was sent child pornography.

If he's convicted, Rodriguez could face up to a life sentence. The minimum would be 10 years.
