Richland! Don't Answer the Door! Recognize This Prowler?

A resident on the 800 block of Snow Avenue in Richland provided surveillance footage to Richland Police of a prowler who allegedly had attempted to enter the home, had entered the garage and prowled a pair of vehicles.
