Porch Pirate Wheels off with Multiple Skateboards [VIDEO]

Richland Police did not say when the theft occurred but are looking to ID this suspect. He's accused of stealing a pair of skateboards off a porch in Richland, from a home in the 1800 block of Birch Ave.

Since skateboards are not exactly a giant sized item, we wonder if the person knew they were there already; or maybe they were walking by and did it spur of the moment.
