How many times have you had to honk your horn at the driver ahead of you at a traffic light because it turned green, but they have their head down looking at their phone? How many times have you seen someone mash the gas when a pedestrian is trying to cross at an intersection? Well, I have a feeling the Pasco Police will be writing a bunch of citations today!
