Pantless(?) Sign Stealer Captured on Surveillance Camera

Not much is known about the circumstances, except we were told this was posted by a person in Kennewick, on Facebook.

Sometime over the weekend, this person was captured on a homeowner's surveillance camera,apparently stealing a Trump campaign sign.

What makes it unusual is the factors of the photo make it appear the person doesn't have pants on. No way of proving that but it does look weird.

This comes as reports have been made about some other large signs bring vandalized and sprayed with graffiti.

By the way stealing destroying or defacing a lawfully placed campaign sign is a misdemeanor according to the Revised Code of WA RCW 29A.84.040.

Not sure the penalty doing it without pants.
