Newborn Chihuahua Puppies Pulled From Trash in Pasco

This story has a happy ending thanks to a good heart who heard the puppies crying and rescued them. The three were wrapped in a blanket and thrown in the trash at a car wash near 11th and Clark in Pasco. They are reportedly doing well at Tri-Cities Animal Shelter.
