Miss Tri-Cities Taylor Plunkett on the Road for Miss WA Title

20 Year old Miss Tri-Cities Taylor Plunkett is on the road to the coveted Miss Washington title in Renton this weekend.

Miss Plunkett is a student at WSU Tri-Cities will competing against 20 other hopefuls. She is a first generation college student at WSU TC and works feverishly helping student transition to college life after high school by mentoring incoming freshmen.
