Man Who Shot Tri-Cities Roofer RELEASED (Ruled Self Defense)

The fight between two men who had apparently been feuding for years came to a deadly conclusion when one shot the other (Tri-Cities contractor JR Swigart) in the head.

The man called authorities and said the shooting was in self defense. The prosecuting attorney has agreed and decided not to press charges.

According to reports, the two men jumped out of their respective vehicles and began a physical altercation. Then one man reached for his .40 cal handgun.
