A man was trying to help break up a fight out side a bar when he pulled out his gun and fired two shots into the air. It worked, the fight was broke up, the crowds scattered, but the end result did not turn out so great for him according to news reports because he was arrested shortly after. After police got reports of a gun being fired outside of  Broadway Bar & Grill, they checked the security footage for a description of the shooter.

Between the footage and witness statements, police managed to confirm Jeremy A. Gober of Moses Lake as the shooter. They found him laying in the back seat in a car in the parking lot and then searched the car. Police found the gun and the clothes that Gober was wearing in the surveillance video. Gober is now facing charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
