Stolen Truck- Trailer Found Wrecked in North Franklin County

Franklin County Sheriff's released very few details, but apparently someone either lost control and dumped it, or decided it wasn't worth stealing. Joyriding?

A large truck and trailer reported stolen Saturday night from the Kennewick Ranch and Home on Columbia Center Boulevard was recovered Sunday morning in North Franklin County.

Officials didn't say if it was attended or had been left parked there, but Sunday morning, shortly before 10am, both the truck and trailer were found abandoned near Ranchview and Fanning Roads on the other side of the river.

The investigation continues, Deputies didn't release any more details. Hard to believe somebody would steal a truck and trailer to go joyriding.
