Kid “Knievel” Gets His Mini Motorbike Taken by KPD

If it doesn't have lights, don't drive at night. Or without your motorcycle endorsement.

One Kennewick kid found that out the hard way. Police pulled him over when they noted it had no mirrors OR lights. They later found that it had no registration, plus the driver didn't have his endorsement. They made arrangements for his bike, but he got a couple infractions.
