Kenny Chesney is an Awesome Boss![VIDEO]

Kenny Chesney is an incredible peformer and an awesome boss! Kenny tells the New York Times how he oversees 150 employees on the road. He motivates his staff and many ways - (1) he holds a merchandise lottery, where a random crew member gets the proceeds from the night's merch sales (t-shirts, CDs, hats, etc). One check totaled 300-thousand dollars! Kenny says that rather than taking the money, the crew pools all their money and divides it up after the year is over. Kenny also takes his entire staff and their families on an all expenses paid trip to the Virgin Islands after the touring season is over.
