Kennewick Thief With "Vulcan" Ears Needs Identified [PHOTOS]

Kennewick Police are looking for a suspect with two distinct markings that'll identify a purse thief.

Kennewick Police Department posted the photos on their Facebook page. You'll see that the suspect's ears and an arm tattoo are very distinct.

Here is what KPD said about the details of the case:

Do you know this male? We would like to speak to him about the purse he allegedly stole from a vehicle today in the area of 27th/Quillan. After the male stole the purse, he attempted to use a bank card to buy a game system and several video games at a nearby store. If you recognize this male, who has a distinct tattoo on his arm, please give us a phone call at 509-628-0333 so we can speak with him.
