SmartAsset conducted a study finding Kennewick, WA the 5th best place to trick-or-treat in the nation.

The top reasons for this ranking are neighborhood density, great weather, and safety.

The study shows Kennewick has had rain on Halloween only .5% of the time. In other words, if it rains this year you shouldn't have to worry about rain on Halloween for another 200 years.
