Kennewick Cop’s Patrol Bike Smashed by Careless Driver [VIDEO]

A Kennewick Patrol Officer barely escaped with his life as his patrol motorcycle was struck by a motorist that wasn't paying attention.

The accident happened earlier today on a routine traffic stop near Hanson Park on  Columbia Center Blvd near 10th Avenue in Kennewick.

The patrol officer luckily was uninjured as he was writing a citation on the sidewalk as they've been trained to do but the patrol bike appears to have been totaled from the accident.
