Josh Turner was supposed to perform tomorrow night at the Central Washington State Fair but the show has been canceled due to a tragic bus accident in California.

Turner's tour bus crashed en route to the event in Yakima and Turner is canceling the show due to this unforeseen accident.

The crash happened near Shandon California on Highway 46 last Wednesday night.

The tour bus was traveling from the Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles after a concert headed to Yakima for the Central Washington State Fair.

According to reports, one fatality and two passengers were severely injured and five had moderate injuries.

Josh Turner and his band weren't on the tour bus at the time of the accident.

Authorities in central California say a passenger bus has crashed while carrying the road crew for country and gospel singer Josh Turner. Turner and his band were not on the bus. The bus was traveling eastbound on Highway 46 in San Luis Obispo County when it crashed in Shandon late Wednesday night, Sept. 18, 2019. The trip followed a Turner concert at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles, according to media reports.
