Have You Seen This Man Gone Missing Near Umatilla?

Jeffrey Ryan Kelsay from Portland, OR, was last seen May 9th at 3:30pm on Interstate 84 Eastbound at mile post 235.

He was apparently en route to Baker City, OR. Mr. Kelsay's father spoke to him about 4:30pm and told his dad he ran out of gas and was walking along the interstate back towards Pendleton.

Volunteers responded and searched for hours but to no avail. A drone is now being used to further survey the area where the man was last seen. Please call 541.966.3651 if you have any information.
