Gump File–Sort Of!-Man Brings Open Beer To Court Hearing

While I am sitting in for Chuck Hall this week on KORD, 2-7,  Thought I would carry on the Gump File Tradition, although a little different.  Bringing an open beer to your DWI Court Hearing?

A Sullivan County New York man was arrested after showing up an hour and a half late for his DWI Court hearing, carrying an open beer, and three more in a bag.  The Judge asked Keith Gruber if he enjoyed his liquid lunch, and Gruber told him "yes".   He had been on 30K bail stemming from a previous December arrest for DWI.  Not sure how long he will be behind bars now...!
