Franklin County Home-Health-Care Aid Worker Accused of Rape

According to the Washington State Department of Health (WSDH), the person in question is being accused of rape because their sexual activity was with a developmentally disabled person.

Information released by the WSDH, Linus S. Nairimo cannot practice health care, and has had his license suspended immediately. He received his license to provide home care aid last December.

The accusations surfaced this spring, after Nairimo was accused of sexual activity. He was confronted, and after an investigation, admitted the sexual intercourse activity. He is now facing Second Degree Rape charges.

Officials did not say which facility he was working at when the incident occurred.
