A former inmate at Washington State Prison just can't seem to stay out of jail. He's now an inmate at Clallam Bay Correctional Institute on the west side. A guard there simply asked him to step through the metal detector, you know, because he's a criminal and what not.

The inmate said he couldn't step through it because of a medical implant, then punched the guard, knocking out a tooth!
