Drive-thru the Avenue of Flags & Listen to Ret. Marine General James Mattis on 1027 KORD

This Memorial Day, 1027 KORD and Sunset Memorial Gardens invite you to the ‘Avenue of flags’. Over 1000 flags will be on display, each bearing a name of fallen hero who gave their life for our freedom. This is the 48^th year of this event and the first year that it will be drive-thru only for social-distancing.

Please take time to drive-thru grounds and honor those who gave their lives for our way of life. And, listen to former Secretary of Defense and retired Marine General, James Mattis, as he presents a special Memorial Day (5/25) message at 11:00 a.m. on 102.7 KORD.
