Do You Know This Propane Thief!?

Can you help identify this propane thief?

(Unfortunately these photos were captured with night vision and this is as clear as they get, hopefully someone can identify him by an article of clothing or description!)

On November 26th around 9:30 p.m. a white male with short hair, with a bandana covering his face, wearing a gray or light colored hoodie in a pair of overalls and tennis shoes decided he needed to barbecue but didn't have the proper equipment for grillin!

So he decided to steal one! He entered an RV park in Benton City, unhooked a 5 gallon Blue Rhino propane tank from a BBQ and took off with it! He had his get-away wheels waiting for him down the street... his bicycle!!
